I. INTRODUCTION

The proposed policy aims to streamline the reservation process, enhance operational efficiency, and ensure the optimal utilization of our facilities in LifeBank Center. Our goal is to provide a transparent and fair system that meets the diverse needs of our guest/s while maintaining the high standards of service.

II. RESERVATION POLICY:

A. For Room Accommodation:

    1. Check-in Time: 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM Check-out Time: 12 Noon
    2. Allow same date reservation until 10:00 AM ONLY. Check-in will be 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM
    3. Full payment for room reservation will be collected either upon or before check-in of the guest.

B. For Event and Training Venue:

    1. To secure the reservation and block the date for the scheduled event, a 20% payment is required upon reservation. The remaining balance, along with any payables, will be collected upon or after the event.
    2. Payment will be deposited to:

III. CANCELLATION POLICY:

A. Room Reservation

1. Cancellation made 72 hours or more prior to the scheduled arrival will not incur any charges. The reservation fee, if any, will be FULLY REFUNDED.

B. Event And Training Venue

1. Cancellation made at least 72 hours or more prior to the scheduled event will not incur any charges. The reservation fee, if any, will be FULLY REFUNDED.

2. Cancellation made within 72 hours of the scheduled event will be charged 50% of the Reservation Fee.

IV. NO-SHOW POLICY:

1. If a guest fails to arrive without prior cancellation, they will be charged the entire cost of the stay for both room accommodation and venue.

2. The guest/s will be eligible for refund under the condition that they will provide valid and acceptable reasons, such as unforeseen emergencies or necessary events. Refund will be based on the cancellation policy.
